Returns Policy

Return Process:

To be eligible for a return, you must submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start the return process, contact our customer support team within the specified return period and provide the necessary details. Our team will evaluate your claim and give you further instructions.

Once you receive a returns form from our team, Please attach this to the item(s) being returned and ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will process a refund for the item(s) only, excluding any shipping and restocking charges that may apply.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are expected to be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

 

Change of Mind or Wrong Item Ordered:

If you decide to change your mind or select the wrong item by mistake, please note that the original delivery freight charges are non-refundable. Additionally, you will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item(s) to us. For returns our standard restocking fee is 10% which is deducted from your store credit or refund value if no replacement is ordered.

 

Exceptions:

  • The freight non-refundable policy does not apply in cases where the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part. In such instances, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you.
  • Additionally, if the item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide a suitable solution.

 

Where should items be returned?

They should be sent to one of our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. The specific address will be provided on our returns form.

 

Please note: We charge a 10% restocking fee for non-damaged product returns and if no replacement is ordered.
